Working capital and debt : - Liaise with bankers and NBFCs and own and execute financial operations. - Preparing relevant financial reports on a monthly and a quarterly basis to be shared with bankers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize for clients by leveraging available financing products - Prepare and execute loan/facility related documents for onboarding of any new debt/facility - Verify accuracy of the interest/principal repayment schedules and ensure that the same is paid as per due dates - Pass entries in tally relating to various invoice discounting facilities and ensure that the ledgers are reconciled on a monthly basis - Prepare data as required by the auditors Investor relations : - Preparing relevant financial reports on a monthly and a quarterly basis to be shared with investors - Assist in fundraising activities - Prepare data as required by the auditors Others : - Assist in any ad-hoc projects or new initiatives Job Requirements :&nbsp; - Understanding of financial statements and key operating and financial metrics - Attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Powerpoint - Proficiency in Tally - Previous work experience in a B2B / SaaS / Tech / Financial Services company is preferred but not mandatory - Understanding of various debt products is preferred but not mandatory - Qualification and Experience : BCOM / MCOM with 4-6 years of experience.
