It also focusses on retaining clients, growing wallet share, and nurturing relationships with existing clients across various target industries in the region by offering complete suite of cloud-based solutions for packaging - Design, Development & Procurement. Key responsibilities: 1. New Client Acquisition: - Research and understand the market through various mediums and create a Sales strategy for targeting prospective buyers. - Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work on quick onboarding of strategic clients and maintaining the CRM for pipeline aggressively. - Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of achieving high client onboarding rate. 2. Customer Delight: - Focus on accounts management to resolve all issues successfully with clients in the domain of product issues, pricing, logistics, delivery, payment reconciliation, and recovery; to ensure a long-term relationship with business partners. - Build and scale account management practices that focus on going above and beyond customer expectations, thereby making Bizongo the exclusive packaging solutions partner for all our customers. 3. Product Adoption : - Understand the functionalities of our cloud-based scalable technology platform and products for the packaging industry - Assess the right opportunities to showcase value addition through product adoption. 4. Growing wallet share : - Devise a strategy to acquire additional business through cross-selling and upselling Bizongo's services to existing clients, and continuously strive to enhance our value proposition with them. 5. Focusing on long term relationships: - Develop and maintain multiple open communication channels that facilitate transparency, impeccable SLA adherence, and overall goodwill with all stakeholders within client organizations. 6. Profitability : - Manage team and/or individual client portfolio profitably and increase gross margin in the medium term 7. Brand Building: - As the face of the organization, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community by understanding the company's internal operations, technology, capabilities, and targets. Job Requirements: - 5-8 years of B2B sales experience (MBA from top tier institutes preferred) - Previous experience with account management & handling complex multi-business unit-level sales through account mining, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques - Excellent analytical skills with structured thinking and complex problem-solving ability - Previous experience in leading a lean sales teams that is driven in a scalable, process-driven manner - Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, sound understanding of business principles. - Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable hours - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be inclined towards Data Analytics.
