Bizongo - Regional Sales Head (10-12 yrs)

Bizongo's Sales and Marketing team is the engine that drives the global reach of our packaging solutions. The team focuses on prospecting, acquiring and retaining clients, growing wallet share, and nurturing relationships with existing clients across various target industries in the region by offering a complete suite of cloud-based solutions for packaging - Design, Development & Procurement.

Key Objectives of the role:

- Achieve Bizongo's objective of becoming India's largest Multi-Category Packaging Platform by acquiring new clients and retaining existing clients

- Develop and implement our GTM strategy by building and nurturing relationship with clients for a sustainable business growth

- Be the brand ambassador of the company by having a comprehensive knowledge of Bizongo's offering

- Monitor the competitor's offerings and thereby innovating our sales strategy to increase contribution margin and booked revenues

- Increase revenue by increasing profits through effective Channel Management

As Regional Head, your responsibilities will entail:

- Create an understanding of the market dynamics and designing & implementing strategic sales plan to acquire new clients to increase the contribution margin quarter on quarter

- Preparing professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required for client presentations

- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure customer delight thereby driving increase in customer satisfaction (NPS) scores and identification of potential new sales opportunities to drive contribution margin increase

- Increasing Wallet Share by devising strategies to acquire additional business through cross-selling and upselling Bizongo's services to new and existing clients, and continuously striving to enhance our value proposition of price, service, quality, visibility

- Assisting the credit control team drive collections for fulfilled orders and thereby drive increase in invoiced revenue

- Leading partner engagements and negotiations in line with opportunities and strategy. Grow wallet shares and review periodically with strategic partners

- Building matrix of cost models for subcategories, in complete alignment with partners

Leading periodic reviews with partners based on internal evaluation and objective feedback continuously revisit engagement decisions basis these reviews

- Create conducive environment for the team to function through a culture of open communication, motivating and engaging with the team members

- Define clear objectives of the team and monitor the team's performance through relevant dashboards

- Driving projects to improve CM2 of regular materials with comprehensive understanding & alignment of partner cost structures

Job Requirements:

- 10 - 12 years of B2B sales experience (MBA from top tier institutes preferred) preferably in South India either in Product or services sales

- Proven experience with account management & handling complex multi business unit level sales through field sales, account mining, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques

- Excellent analytical skills with structured thinking and complex problem-solving ability

- Proven experience in leading a lean sales teams that is driven in a scalable, process driven manner and driving people efficiency

- Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, sound understanding of business principles

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable hours

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be inclined towards Data Analytics
