Job brief :

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. The Data Analyst should be able to navigate through databases to provide data to business teams in a timely manner. Additionally, the Data Analyst should be able to support Business Analysts to create the right kind of insights that are easily consumable by business teams.

Responsibilities :

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Routinely monitor existing metrics and provide reporting of the same to relevant stakeholders

- Create, modify and enhance dashboards & reports to make them more usable

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Filter and - clean- data to locate and correct code problems

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

- Use data to locate and define new process/product improvement opportunities

Requirements : Must Have :

- 1-3 years proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

- Thorough knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting needs

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Requirements : Nice to Have

- Working knowledge of Tableau and or Metabase

- Knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
