Bitstreet Technologies - Head - Marketing (6-15 yrs)
Position: Head of Marketing
Work Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the marketing and brand strategy for driving awareness, adoption and equity of brand product.
- Responsible for Brand Planning & Deployment, media planning & market intelligence.
- Responsible for Acquisition optimization, ROI and Acquisition targeting
- Responsible for planning and executing across performance marketing channels: search, Display, Ecosystems, Social Media & PR
- Responsible for scalable and high impact on-ground activation: Direct Marketing, Events & Co-Marketing
- Own and manage the marketing budget
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in managing partner relations: Research Teams, Agencies and Vendors
- Exposure to management of digital and social media
- Should have seen and understood the other elements of marketing, like branding, consumer insight, consumer engagement etc.
- Detailed understanding of all Marketing channels including Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, Social media, Email Marketing, Affiliates marketing and web analytics
- Familiar with cross-cultural dynamics and business practices in international markets

- Must have worked in large scale organization or built large scaled consumer environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced dynamic business environment.
