Partner and Administration
Job Objective:
Partner effectively with Regional & Branch teams to enable achievement of business objectives through robust HR operations incl. training & development, PMS, compensation etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives for the region and derive priorities for the HR function, ensuring alignment with overall objectives of the function
- Develop the HR budget for the region in consultation with Regional Business Leadership and Head - HR & Admin (including manpower, L&D, employee engagement, etc.) ; monitor adherence to the same Planning
- Provide Region-specific inputs to Corporate HR for design of HR systems, processes and policies
- Anchor the manpower planning process for the region to support achievement of the annual business plan, through effective coordination with Regional Leadership and Branch Managers
- Work closely with Regional and Branch-level business teams to drive the recruitment and on-boarding process for all Junior
- Management positions across the region Talent- Coordinate with Corporate teams in driving recruitment of critical
- Middle Management positions across the region Acquisition
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor their performance on an on-going basis
- Drive adherence to recruitment and on-boarding SLAs; take corrective action in case of any deviations
- Drive timely completion of the Performance Management process Talent across the region, ensuring adherence to Corporate guidelines on goal-setting and normalization Management,
- Maintain all compensation & benefits related systems, and drive Performance smooth execution of payroll, reimbursements and other processes Management
- Lead implementation of all Talent Management policies and and Rewards initiatives across the region including promotion, succession planning, employee engagement and training and development
- Implement training and development interventions aimed at developing employee capabilities in the organization
- Oversee effective implementation of Industrial Relations strategy at all units for cordial employee relations
- Respond effectively to any queries from government bodies such as Department of Labour, PF Office, etc. Employee
- Drive adherence to the compliance checklists (shared by Corporate) pertaining to labour laws and statutory requirements within the Relations regions
- Guide Plant Heads/Branch Managers in managing IR related challenges faced
- Undertake initiatives to promote high levels of employee engagement across the region
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to drive desired quality of Administrationadministrative services across the region
- Monitor quality of administrative services on a periodic basis and take corrective action in case of any deviations
- Operational: Drive timely documentation and preparation of all MIS reports
- Excellencereview and analyze variances and take required action
- Provide inputs for the annual manpower plan and budget of the function
- Drive a culture of performance amongst subordinates - set goals, review and manage performance, guide and counsel and provide
- People feedback on performance so as to ensure a motivated and Management committed team
- Develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions
- Oversee training of teams to meet the requirements of the role
Job Specifications :
Level of education- Post Graduate in Personnel Management/HR/Industrial Relations
Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in HR
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
