Roles & Responsibilities of Business Development :
- The incumbent will be handling a team of 4-5 resources & owing up revenue target for few industry practices
- Mentor, train & Supervise inbound & outbound teams and train them to effectively identify & build new business opportunities and thereby achieving individual & organizational targets
- Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and develop a robust sales strategy based on different requirements from clients
- Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value ( CLV) for the organization
- Work closely with executives, marketing,and research team to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions and also to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Active participation in generation of RFPs/RFQs for key accounts
- New account development for research products distinct within the operative verticals, & Manage,nurture & cultivate those accounts to ensure recurring revenue
Requirements & Skills:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience & atleast 1 year of team handling experience (minimum of 2 resource handling ) is mandatory
- Incumbent must have worked with B2B global sales industry
- Exposure to knowledge / research product will be an advantage
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong command in Power point presentation's (PPT- s)
- Should be able to demonstrate negotiation and pitching skills through past experience
