As a TA Lead, you would be leading hiring initiative for an entire Business Unit within the organization. You will work with your Team leads / stakeholders to ensure recruitment numbers are met and also lead the development and implementation of the Recruiting Strategy.
Hiring :
- Act as trusted advisor to the business by building connect with the Business Leaders
- Being assertive - manage to push back the business leaders and managers with logical reasoning
- Lead projects and provide direction to the initiatives on process improvement and productivity.
- Having a vision and foresight on what coming their way through anticipation; Strong sense of judgement
- Ensure the collective local and vital strategic recruiting programs are established and implemented to enable the team to hire the quality and quantity of candidates set by leadership
- Guiding the team in effectively planning and conducting the recruiting events
- Increasing candidate engagement and process efficiency through application of gamification and other tools
Analytics :
- Assisting team in drawing insights and making data-driven decisions by utilizing analytics to assess across section of recruiting data
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure data maintenance and integrity
- Publishing Practice/Service line level report on regular intervals
Branding and Innovation :
- Enhancing candidate brand experience by leveraging social media , video marketing and other digital tools
- Being a part of the task-force conducting innovative lateral engagement events time to time
Advising Business & Communication :
- Assessing client needs, educating them on the recruitment landscape, and setting realistic expectations basis market intelligence gathered
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders
Compliance and Integrity :
- Responsible for driving compliance and integrity within the team
- Conducting informal audits on the data provided by the team members on regular basis to identify anomalies
Team Management :
- Own the team performance and continuously guide them towards right direction
- Aiding the team to initiate and build relationships with stakeholders
