Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large size application development or maintenance projects and be completely accountable in all aspects
- Ensure the information flow to all the stakeholders as per the agreed communication plan
- To collate, review & evaluate daily operational statistics for the support group and devising weekly/monthly targets for revenue, resolution & quality deliverables.
- Evaluation of support group level metrics & team level metrics to assess the performance of Team Managers, Resolution Experts, Coaches & Technicians
- Periodic review of queue performance/operational metrics, process audit/Improvement plans with Senior Management
- Review project plans consisting of activities plan and milestones, quality management plan, communication plan, resource management plan, risk management plan, cost management plan, operational plan
- Ensure that projects are achieving milestones, and take timely recourse where required
- Suggest improvements in system development process / application areas
- Participate and contribute in organizational initiatives
- People Management, Resource management & Operations Management - Managing availability of adequate resources, equipments, tools & training to support operations
