ROLE-Head L&D  DESIGNATION-General Manager/AVP  YEARS OF EXP-18Years  RELAVANT EXP-15 Years  EDUCATION-MBA IN HR  CERTIFICATION-Diploma in L&D, certification in coaching, etc. any other qualification related to L&D (OD, Coaching, Certified Trainer, etc.)  POSITION DETAILS  Job Purpose:  - The incumbent with lead the L&D function for the organization globally  - The role requires the person to work with the leadership team in developing the L&D charter; devise a strategy to build a learning organization and also have a governance mechanism to measure the impact of the learning interventions on the business.   ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  - The incumbent will lead the entire L&D and training function which includes Leadership Development, Behavioral Training, Technical Training and Domain Training.   - This will be a global COE role that requires the incumbent to work with the business leaders to devise suitable strategies to meet the current training needs and longer term capability building requirements.  Key Skills & Knowledge required to be successful in this role  - Subject Matter Expert in L&D and OD.   - Experience of working in a leadership role in the L&D function of mid to large sized organization.   - Deep experience in executive coaching and Leadership Development.
