1. FA accounting and schedule management (Including deprecation) on monthly basis and assistance on Physical verification (as required). 2. Migration of the Fixed Assets management to People soft; 3. Preparation and finalization of the supporting schedules of trial balances of India entity (including all foreign Branches) on monthly basis and conducting review and circulating minutes and tracking actions. 4. Preparation and finalization of Debtors/Unbilled Ageing Report with all required improvements/changes per the business need with circulation to all businesses heads. 5. Review of Invoicing to the customers and Debtors management of India entity. 6. Preparation of the statutory compliance tracker of all India branches (including foreign branches) and its updation on monthly basis. 7. Review and filing of the Monthly Softex forms to STPI and providing a management dashboard. 8. Assistance to and coordination with BPIS (our technical team for business application) for development of new financial reports for full transaction dump (global) in People soft. 9. Automation of Travel advances and settlement working with BPIS. 10. Implementation of shared point folder creation and management 11. Assistance/support in Statutory Audit completion (including Quarterly Audit (if any)). He must be CA preferable with 9-12 years of experience from large IT companies working 5 days a week with us. Very good in Excel and Communications with exposure to Peoplesoft or ERP.
