Senior Manager FP&A Summary of the position: - This individual will be responsible for managing forecast process including monthly/quarterly updates and annual/strategic plans. - Must understand monthly/quarterly actuals and key drivers of past performance, ensure consistency in financial reporting across categories and work on key financial projects that drive value. Role and Responsibilities: - Monthly managerial reporting, Variance analysis v/s plan - Input in Monthly business review, internal review as well as industrial phase review with investors - Involvement in the budgeting process and annual plans - Responsible for Profit and Loss as well as cash forecasts - Identifying important opportunities across the organization and driving its implementations - Experience with International consolidation and financial reporting - Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, succinct and persuasive manner - Strong technical skills/agility with a variety of systems - Demonstrated strong financial, operational and business acumen; strong achievement and results orientation Qualification and Skill Set: - MBA/PGDM Finance - Minimum 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience with a management consulting/Investment banking firm - Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders - Strong influencing and communication skills - Ability to manage tight deadlines - Strong analytical skills
