Sr.Area Manager -Retail (Haryana) What you'll do: 1. Drive Sales and Distribution to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets for Haryana retail business. 2. Drive and Execute trade marketing spend of the company including POSM, consumer promotions to achieve volume and visibility targets 3. Manage B2B Sales Funnel of the area from lead generation to sales closure including commercial negotiations like spends, volume, and market share expectations. Comply and improve sales call efficiency rates for achieving targets 4. Drive teams of Area Managers, Sales Executives and merchandisers to support Sales, Distribution, and Visibility KPIs of the company. 5. Role includes increasing SKU range per outlet and distribution width in area assigned 6. Build strong customer relationship in area assigned and increase product visibility and depletions. 7. Negotiating with big clients/Cartels on yearly terms of trade in co-ordination. 8. Demonstrate leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior. 9. Liaise with HO sales & Divisional trade marketing to co-ordinate and execute market inputs. 10. Close working relationship with state head on day to day basis to plan and execute business plan.
