CORE : - Achievement of Beer Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR &amp; Year. - Provide Sales, Distribution and Display leadership in the specified market. t - Manage Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing. - Strengthen the Distribution network and manage the distributors productively. - Develop &amp; execute trade marketing initiatives in co-ordination with HO - Execute Display &amp; Merchandising guidelines in each &amp; every channel of trade. - Ensure the region team consists of the right caliber people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently. OTHERS : - Achievement of Volume targets in and Cost of Sales. - Responsible for ensuring return on investment to distributors this continuous monitoring of agreed norms and service levels. - Liaise with HO sales to co-ordinate and execute market inputs. - Run the market effectively with continuous improvements on all the region performance metrics such as cost, systems &amp; processes adherence, team satisfaction and Distributor satisfaction and other business targets. - Demonstrate leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics &amp; pride through exemplary behavior.
