SUMMARY OF THE POSITION : Act as business translator, translating the business requirements into technical specifications and translating back the technical solution into a business solution to ensure follow through and implementation Data &amp; Analytics : - Responsible to source external data to address current and future Business needs - Standardize and create analytics by deriving meaningful insights from data repository - Track Industry Data and use relevant information for MBR, Rolling 90, ABP - Drive execution of Collaborative Demand Planning process at cluster/depot/account level to maximize customer service - Create statistical forecast for short, mid and long term. Facilitate generation and dynamic review of consensual sales forecast by ensuring participation from Division Sales Managers and all other key stakeholders - Engage with other functions to enable the use of external data into the Demand Planning process (e.g. Point of Sale, Consumption, Customer Inventory, Industry trends etc.) - Define inventory norms for each demand node, minimize stock-out situations - Responsible for reduction of Slow-moving inventory &amp; follow up with brand / sales for timely liquidation - Collaborate &amp; provide continuous feedback to Supply Planning team on dynamic changes in demand, promotion plans, trade incentives etc. to enable change in supply plan - Lead the S&amp;OP Process &amp; ensure 100% adherence to the process - Implement new processes and systems tools related to demand planning - Improve sales efficiency by improving forecasting capability through analysis, continuous monitoring and providing feedback to the stakeholders - Challenge assumptions and enhance the demand planning process - Prepare MIS for weekly and monthly meeting with Supply, Sales and Marketing team. - Drive the complexity reduction &amp; SKU Rationalization agenda - Use of flexible dashboards on Power BI, data automation QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET : - Graduate (Tier 1) with at least 2-3 years- experience in FMCG/ Alco Bev/ Management Consulting - Strong analytical background in quantitative methods, statistics and/or probability - Outstanding cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills - Proficient in advanced excel &amp; PowerPoint for data analytics &amp; presentations - Technical expertise on a wide range of cloud environments and tools for analytics
