End-to-end Product Ownership : - Lead end to end product roadmap, feature ideas, requirements, and strategy - Understand feedback from various sources (internally and externally) and fill the necessary gaps 2. Problems Solver : - Identify and predict problems - Find solutions to those problems - Implement the solutions identified with a high degree of autonomy 3. Bring a Product to Life : - Responsible for product launch - Keep evolving and improving the product across multiple development phases 4. Plan Go-To-Market strategy and drive implementation : - Launch the platform in Cities and States in line with market opportunities - Expand to new cities and states subject to State Excise approvals 5. Define, track, measure, analyze metrics and performance : - Drive GMV, EBITDA with a P&amp;L Ownership - Drive Retailers onboarding and expansion - Drive Marketing objectives (platform visibility, packaging, displays, consumer promotions and offers) 6. Market &amp; Customer Understanding : - Conduct market validation activities - Build strong customer relationship - Solve consumer and retailer queries/complaints received in the market Educational Qualification &amp; Skills Needed : 1. Post Graduate Qualification (MBA or Equivalent degree from a Top Tier college) 2. Minimum of 3-5 years- experience in an FMCG company/ E-Commerce company/ High-performance and growth organization 3. High energy and self-starter attitude is needed as the job would involve field work and conducting market visits every month 4. Excellent communication with strong negotiation skills 5. High degree of creativity, discipline, and a willingness to learn 6. Entrepreneurial experience is a big plus
