SUMMARY OF THE POSITION The content manager will be working on all technology driven projects for Bira 91 [Makeplay, MVP, All Stars &amp; Dooze]. He / she will be driving content creation for the respective apps and managing adapts for social media communication as well. The candidate must demonstrate creative strategy, execution and writing skills to be successful in this role. He/she will work with internal &amp; external teams in a highly collaborative manner to create messaging and authentic content for each of our projects that promotes relevant engagement and drives awareness. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - The person will be responsible for developing the content plan for all Bira 91 tech projects. - Manage the full operations of the Content Development working with the partner agencies, production houses and ensure it is delivered to all relevant stakeholders. - Content development to be done for the app, website and social handles. To ensure content is as per platform requirement and specification. - Create a toolkit for agency partners to use a guideline. - Reporting: To ensure weekly updates are shared with all internal stakeholders. Continuously track and monitor content performance and touchpoints on the app, and build recommendations based on that. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET - Graduate: Journalism / communications background preferred. - 5-8 years of experience on the content creation side for tech start-ups - Experience with content creation and management for apps is a plus. - Ability to work on E2E plan from content ideation, execution to monitoring. - Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels. - Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e., agencies, production houses, tech partners etc.) - Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams.
