Main contact and owner for all campus resourcing initiatives. - Work closely with the business to anticipate business needs (inflows) and new capabilities required to build proactive campus hiring plan. - Set up and define local partnerships with Universities and Business schools for MBA, Graduates and summer internship recruitment - Build Bira 91 campus employer branding strategy - Manage and monitor the performance of the selected interns and full time hires from campus.
