B.Tech ( Any stream) / MBA and ITIL certification preferred - Accountable for IT infrastructure Delivery and Operations. Manage team of Delivery and Operations Lead - Take full responsibility and accountability for network infrastructure (LAN, WIFI, WAN, VPNs), server infrastructure on premise and cloud, data communications, and telecommunications systems (IP Telephony). The Infrastructure Lead will be accountable for manage end-user customer service and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. - Directs and coordinates voice, network and data information systems. - Build IT continuity planning and Disaster Recovery mechanism - Monitors customer service and maintains network stability, collects and analyzes network and memory utilization, and installs and tests software upgrades. - Establish control systems access and security - Support Infrastructure requirements for SAP Project implementation - Accountable for User Accounts, permissions and access rights - To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users to ensure Customer Delight - Liaison with vendors, contractors to secure network products and other infrastructure services - To support and coach team members - Accountable for smooth Operations with agreed SLA's - Work closely with SAP Lead, CRM lead to support Infrastructure needs for successful project delivery 10 to 12 years of experience as IT infrastructure Manager with a proven track record of managing and delivering of End to End IT infrastructure at enterprise wide level on premise and cloud based Must have experience of deploying IT infrastructure for above market Have managed teams of people, Vendor Management, demonstrate People Management Skills, Budget of IT Infrastructure
