Job Title CRM IT Lead - Project Delivery, Business Analysis  Location Delhi   Education MBA in Sales and Marketing and Systems/ Equivalent  Managerial Responsibilities   - Accountable and Responsible for Project Delivery, Business Analysis and Accountable for Operations of CRM IT solutions. Manage team of CRM IT operations  Key Responsibilities   - Take full responsibility for the leadership and management of all CRM IT solutions with functional and technical work streams ensuring that all personnel understand their roles and requirements to ensure successful Project implementation.  - Responsible for all project planning and control and Status updates to Steering committee -the Head of IT and key business stakeholders on existing and new CRM IT solutions  - Manage Market interdependencies, issues, risks and scope before escalation to Steering Committee   - To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users involved within the various related CRM IT Projects  - To oversee the activities of other colleagues in the different aspects of the project, including testing and training support.  - To support and coach team members through the project processes.  - Line management responsibilities for the CRM project resource team and Operations team.  - Accountable for Project Plans, governance, quality gate processes, standards and budget for the scope of deployment  - Conduct Weekly and wall meetings with project team members, IT Partners   - Sign off acceptance for Business and IT support to transition from Project to Operational Steady state  - Must Have 7 to 8 years of experience as a CRM IT Lead with a proven track record of delivering high profile, CRM software projects which include SFA, Marketing in Digital world, Contact management, Instore excellence, Distributor Management System, in line with CRM strategy of the organization.   - Have good understanding of Beverages Industry and experience of deploying CRM software in similar industry  - Have managed teams of people, Vendor Management and can demonstrate People Management Skills  - Experience of MS Project / project management tools  - Understanding of IT Infrastructure, data bases, interfaces  - Strong functional experience of CRM software like Sales force.com / any other CRM software with thorough knowledge of CRM Business Processes  - Business Reporting Solutions   - Good Understanding of requirements analysis definition and specification process
