Managerial Responsibilities: - Accountable and Responsible for Project Delivery and Business Analysis - Sales and Supply planning and Forecasting Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for all project delivery in the CRM and Sales BI space - Good technical knowledge of Salesforce.com solution is preferred. CRM functional experience is a Must Have. - To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users involved within the various related CRM IT Projects - To oversee the activities of other colleagues in the different aspects of the project, including testing and training support. - Accountable for Project Plans, governance, quality gate processes for the scope of deployment - Deploy Robust Change request process with strong project governance experience - Accountable for smooth Operations with agreed SLA's Must have- - 2 to 8 years of experience of delivering high profile, CRM software projects implementation experience of - Sales Force Automation, Supply and Demand Forecasting, Distributor Management System - Good Understanding of requirements analysis definition and specification process - Experience of project management tools - Strong engagement with Business Project Manager, Super Users to ensure Market readiness, communications, Change Action Plan Desirable/ Good to have- - Working knowledge of One of the BI tools - Good Data, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
