Cluster Manager - Sales - Bangalore


Primary Function:

Responsible for Delivering and maximizing Beer Sales, Distribution, Profitability Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the cluster level and parameters by the Company.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Achievement of Beer Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year.

- Provide Sales, Distribution and Display leadership in the specified market.

- Responsible for entire Profit and Loss for the entire cluster.

- Strengthen the width of distribution and manage the distributors /Depos/L1 warehouses productively.

- Implement trade marketing initiatives in co-ordination with central trade marketing team.

- Execute Display & Merchandising guidelines in each & every channel of trade.

- Ensure the sales team consists of the right caliber people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently.

OTHERS:

- Achievement of Volume targets

- Responsible for ensuring Profitability.

- Liaise with HO sales to co-ordinate and execute market inputs.

- Run the market effectively with continuous improvements on all the region performance metrics such as cost, systems & processes adherence, team satisfaction and Distributor satisfaction and other business targets.

- Demonstrate leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior.

Work Environment:

- Market Manager is based in the Market HQ and manages the business of the assigned geography.

- Job requires field visits/ travel and close in field contact with the ASM's/Sales Executives to ensure in market implementation, grasping market intelligence and feed to HO and coach the line managers.

- Builds relationships with distributors/Excise departments and trade partners.
