SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: - As the manager of Better For You Category, this position must establish himself as a highly skilled communicator with the business acumen to collaborate with and influence various cross functional stakeholders (i.e. Trade Marketing, SGA, Field Activation, Chains Stores, Key Accounts, Finance, Operations and Support Agencies). He/she will be coordinate SGA &amp; TM to ensure the delivering of relevant sell-in information to Divisional managers and Cluster managers and Distributor partners through presentations, sell in materials and in market visits. - He/she will be expected to deliver impactful &amp; effective programming across activations and campaigns, which drive brand advocacy amongst our target consumer. This experiential programming will include event creation, sponsorship activation, merchandise collaborations and the management of brand ambassadors &amp; other strategic partners. - The position extends to key account programming as he will be will instrumental in supporting the sales team in providing campaign programs which deliver against volume objectives. He/she will be responsible for delivering an integrated approach with constituent teams such as media, digital, social media, sales and trade marketing (amongst others). ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Develop and Execute on the Annual Operating Business plan (AOP) for Better For You products: - Develop Light Beer &amp; Supporting Products positioning &amp; growth strategy - Develop assets, guidelines, execution standards amongst other deliverables for the core portfolio across all channels - Customer marketing program development - identify key consumer groups @ target accounts - Develop programs against groups (community) - in partnership with sales - Execute on trade ambassador program e.g. runners, chefs, fitness pros etc. - develop trade programs, driving visibility, samplings, promos, events - Work with procurement to ensure timely delivery of POS - Working with merch store team to deliver AOP ranging from product development, catalogue ideation etc. - Supporting Research in validation of hypothesis, deriving consumer insights and creating actionable plans Drive brand partnerships / programming &amp; content: - Ensure digital content around brand is aligned to campaign objectives / work with digital team to create content, outcomes, etc. Events &amp; Key Accounts Programming: - Develop strategies for activation programs to ensure that the events &amp; sponsorships are aligned to the commercial and marketing brand plans. - Work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply, Legal and Field teams to bring our partnerships to life. - Partnering with sales, TM and portfolio teams to execute KA and on-premise programming including art installations, events, performances Qualification and Skill Set: - Post Graduate in Management preferred - 5-7 Years of work experience
