SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: - The candidate would be expected to manage the marketing operations across select brands for the India and International markets. - This candidate must establish themselves as a highly skilled communicator with strong execution capabilities ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time. He/she will be required to be extremely resourceful and have a solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to work effectively with cross functional (Trade Marketing, Regional Sales manager, Supply Chain and Finance) and external stakeholders (Agencies, Collaboration Partners and Trade Partners). - He/she will be expected to drive program execution across the sales channels and develop & drive channel execution standards. Programming will include various consumer promotions, tactical and thematic, in the off premise and on premise including key accounts. - As a marketing manager for IB, he/she would be required to support the international sales teams through chain store sell in support. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Deliver on the Annual Operating Business plan (AOP) + IB Retail Execution by executing projects within timelines - Bira 91 domestic + International Marketing SPOC - Extend communication assets and execution standards amongst other deliverables across various consumer touchpoints- Retail + On Premise (Bars & Restaurant) + Packaging + Social Media - Work closely with Trade Marketing to execute the trade programs focused on driving visibility and samplings - Daily tracking and reporting of market/ competitor developments - new launches, pricing, consumer promotions, in-store communication - Tracking of annual brand budgets vs spends on brand campaigns - Tracking of ROI/ campaign metrics vs spends for each of the activities undertaken Drive brand partnerships / programming & content: - Project management for the annual merchandize collection/ collaborations by working closely with the Ecom team and communications team (development, launch and promotion) Events & Key Accounts Programming: - Execute year-round on-ground activations in bars/restaurants aligned with the brand positioning to drive sampling - Develop assets and programming to effectively communicate the brand's key message to the audiences - Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and on-ground teams to bring our partnerships to life Qualification and Skill Set - MBA or Graduate from a premier college in India with 1 to 3 year of work experience - Preferred Experience in Alcoholic Beverages - Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders both internal and external - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness and motivation to learn - Proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel, ability to work with data - Outstanding aptitude for time management, ability to multitask
