Position Overview : In this exciting new position at Bira 91, the Business Partner HR will help Bira 91 manage high growth.This position will work closely with the business stakeholders across the organisation. Role responsibilities will encompass all generalist HR functions. This role is primarily responsible for executing HR initiatives for the employees in central functions. The candidate will be based out of the Delhi Office 1) Working closely with business managers, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to HR practices. Ensure effective cascading of HR policies and practices across the central departments 2) Co-create and Implement the Engagement Initiatives for employees 3) Coordinate the performance management process and ensuring timely closure of goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews. Participating in the review discussions 4) Communicate and reinforce the value proposition & culture through innovative HR initiatives. Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis 5) Manage the entire lifecycle of the employee from - Onboarding till exit- along with the HRIS platform for the designated employees 6) Respond to local employee queries and concerns in a timely Manner. Educate employees regarding local benefits such as leave policies, social benefits etc 7) Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention 8) Support in Organization health surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions 9) Manage, contribute and partner with colleagues on local and/or global projects and strategic initiatives, as required Key Skills/Qualifications : - MBA/PG in HR, with around 2-3 years experience in the Human Resource function - Should have generalist HR experience in MNC organizations (With a good exposure to international business practices) - The candidate should possess good communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making business presentations. - Ability to connect with wide variety of stakeholders and agility in a dynamic environment - You have ability to create high quality HR processes & SOPs and lead the team to adhere to those standards. - Sense of humour and quirkiness is appreciated - Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization and attention to detail.
