Essential Duties including but not limited to:

- Primary functions include supporting the WM Sales and Operation Team with analysis and internal/external sales reporting, identifying business gap opportunities, new item maintenance/set up and communication to key stakeholders

This position is highly focused on store detail reporting, forecasting and sales data analytics

- Monitor in-stocks, on-hands and on-order levels and proactively report all opportunities to internal and external replenishment teams

- Pull, prepare and submit weekly buyer and replenishment team requested reports

- Provide data in presentation format for use in internal and external sales meetings

- Use deductive reasoning to effectively report on category sales and to increase sales productivity

- Set up reports to monitor sales and analyze performance trends containing conclusions, ideas and general guidance to communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting results to Senior Management

- Coordinate and communicate the demand plan throughout the network to align resources with the Blanks Purchasing Team and Director of Print Production through sales projection ladder plans

- Ideal candidate should have retail/wholesale experience in an apparel and/or accessories environment with a retailer, specifically related to Weekly Sales Analysis, Sales Planning and Inventory Management through ladder plans and demand planning

- Use of business management software and/or a professional retail user portal (Retail Link and/or MAS500 is preferred)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Outlook

- Advanced MS Excel, intermediate MS Power Point, MS Word, Advanced Retail Link and 1World Sync preferred

- Professional interaction: tactful, positive, effective communicator (verbal and written)

- Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and multi task with exceptional follow through and follow up skills

- Proven work history with positive reviews

- Understand UPC & SKU codes; color, sizing, item number, etc. and retail math

- Exceptional conflict resolution skills; must be a proactive problem solver

- Capacity to work both independently and within a team environment. Capacity to follow direction, trouble shoot, meet goals and objectives. Take responsibility and ownership of the defined work and output

- Self-motivated and passionate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Innovative mindset and inclination to solve business problems

- Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights from data analytics
