Department: Finance & Accounts

Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 6-12 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and presentation of financial statements includes consolidation under IndAS, IFRS & US GAAP.

- Adherence to timeliness and accuracy in Book closing, GL review, investigation on the abnormal transactions and reporting.

- Coordination and cooperation for statutory and Group audit of company.

- Preparation & Finalization of Management accounts

- Prepare & publish monthly/ quarterly financial statements to company/ banks in full compliance

- Support month end, quarter end and year end financial reporting.

- Manage & comply reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Preparation of monthly MIS & support in FP&A.

- Investment feasibility analysis & payback calculations.
