Strategy and Business Insights Manager:

1. Insights: Do in depth Secondary research and be Market intelligence owner for top 5 products - should become an expert on the latest trends on these products and proactively provide fact-based insights and analytics to address specific business needs.

2. Strategy: Drive and Program manage Sales and Marketing Strategy for International Markets, ideate and identify interventions required to meet the end objective

3. Business Review: Assist in objectively reviewing the sales performance of each country by Benchmark internal sales with market reports / feedback, unbiased review of budget vs actual sales, joint calls (along with Sales Leads) with partners in critical countries to understand trends on ground

4. Should assist in cross pollinating best practices, good initiatives from one region to region during the business review meetings

Career Progression:

If interested, the role will mature into a regional sales lead or marketing lead based on capability and subject to suitable openings within the team

Qualifications:

Full time MBA/PGD - Strategy and Marketing (Tier 1 or 2 B-School)

- Minimum 2 years' experience as Strategy Consultant , Business Strategy or Executive Assistant from Pharma / Biotech industry with hands on experience on Secondary research (gathering, understanding and synthesizing competitive intelligence) and strategy execution.
