- Own and manage the brand/brand portfolio
- Define the brand strategy to meet the growth and market share objectives
- Create brand plans and drive integrated marketing communication based on the plan
- Partner with the sales leads in achieving the yearly growth, PCPM and market share targets
- Program manage the implementation of marketing strategies in the field
- Work closely with the field force to assess the response to promotional campaigns that were implemented.
- Analyse market data and fine tune the marketing strategies accordingly
- Develop customer relationships, analyse customer behaviour and align the branding strategy to the customer needs
- Train the field force in implementing the marketing strategies in the field
- Work with external partners including market research partners, branding partners to implement the strategy identified
- Define and implement digital engagement models with customers and other stakeholders
- Drive strategic initiatives (business process improvements, new product introduction, product lifecycle management)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- B Sc/ B.Pharm + MBA
- Experience into Product Management
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to drive data driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
