Biological E - Lead - Marketing Strategy (6-15 yrs)
1. Strategy: Drive and Program manage Sales and Marketing Strategy for Domestic (India) Market, ideate and identify interventions required to meet the end objective
2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and conceptualize New business opportunities in the areas of New products; new segments or new channels etc. to meet the long term growth needs of Domestic business
3. Insights: Carry out In-Depth research and be Market intelligence owner for top key brands of the company - should become an expert on the latest trends on these products and proactively provide fact-based insights and analytics to address specific business needs.
4. Business Review: Assist in objectively reviewing the sales performance of each country by Benchmark internal sales with market reports / feedback, unbiased review of budget vs actual sales, joint calls (along with Sales Leads) with partners in critical countries to understand trends on ground.
5. Best Practices: Should assist in cross pollinating best practices, good initiatives from one team to other teams during the business review meetings; Should identify and drive inter-divisional Synergistic opportunities to maximize BE's presence in the Domestic market
