About the Function : This position is responsible for leading the Technical Design & Development & aspects of Trackwise Platform in the Organization and implement industry-best practices in partnership with Trackwise Process Group.

Key responsibilities of the Role :

- Responsible for all Workflow designs, its configurations & testing of Trackwise Implementation & Operations maintenance

- Create new workflows & modifying existing workflows to address the needs of business post-implementation

- Support for all ADMIN activities, Archival assistance work for Trackwise application

- Support the Workflow Architecture changes for Trackwise, Hotfixes, Version upgrades released from Trackwise and license renewals as needed

- Support in defining, modifying & leveraging Admin queries/Dynamic queries

- Provides support for multiple Trackwise environment ; development QA production and disaster recovery

- Hands-on experience as a Trackwise administrator version 9.2 & above with basic ownership of activities such as system monitoring log analysis performance analysis performance tuning recommendations

- Capability of Crystal Reports and understanding of Apache or IIS/ Web Services IIS 60 IIS 50 to the extent of deployment of SSL certificates

- The ideal Administrator must possess the ability to interface with all aspects of an IT infrastructure especially as it pertains to setting best practices

- Support for implementation & Operations for eAudit system

- Any new initiatives for continuous improvement of Quality Systems to enhance compliance
