Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for overall delivery of IT programs/projects pertaining to the Manufacturing Operations organization, working closely with Manufacturing site leads and team members. - Defining and documenting business specific short term and long term Digitalization requirements. - Setting overall plan and timelines for deliverables. - Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members in consultation with HOD and BU Head. - Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. - Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture. - Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery - Taking accountability for meeting user expectations - Providing accurate and regular reports to the business stakeholders on project delivery - Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective and timely adoption of implemented solutions - Minimum 4 years experience in implementation and/or support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) like Werum/ Pas-X, Rockwell Pharmasuite etc. in the Pharma/Biotech industry - Strong IT project management experience with good understanding of computer systems validation and Manufacturing IT systems eco-system in Pharma industry. Qualifications/Experience requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering or equivalent 2. ITIL Foundation Certification 3. Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in managing a portfolio of applications for production support using ITSM tools like ServiceNow/Summit/BMC Remedy or equivalent in an Indian Pharmaceutical or Biotech manufacturing company. 4. Overall 12-15 years of work experience in Pharma or IT services.
