- Drive end to end performance management program for the organization starting from goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisal review, normalization and promotions. - Will be responsible for constant improvement of the existing performance appraisal process in terms of strategy and system enhancements - Build awareness and run workshops to ensure managers follow performance management process effectively - Should be able to communicate with senior leadership and influence stakeholders to adherence of process and timelines - Ensure all goals and KPIs are finalized and aligned to business needs - Support in talent management and development initiatives like HI Po identification, career development, critical talent identification etc. - Will be responsible for data analytics for attrition analysis, talent data analysis etc. and maintaining trackers, budgets etc. Preferred Skills - Expertise in number crunching and basic analytics - Sound knowledge of excel - Excellent communication skills - Should have the maturity to handle sensitive data and information
