Manager / Senior Manager Logistics ( Pref Pharma Organisations )
The Role Mainly comprises of following responsibilities :
- Planning and executing temperature controlled shipment operations.
- Coordination with Marketing, SCM-Planning, Production & QA.
- Planning of preshipment dispatch requirements, co-ordinate with the concerned departments for compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of post-dispatch documents to bank for the payment clearance.
- Ensure timely submission of post-dispatch documents to respective functions for the c1a- 1 m of export incentives.
- Periodical MIS related to the function.
- Evaluating alternate service providers and ensuring appropriate service level agreements
- Identify the operational bottlenecks in the system and action plan for improvement.
- Co-ordinate with SAP team for system improvements.
- Handling customer complaints & workout the solution with CAPA.
- Compliance of Good Distribution Practices
- To ensure logistics process and operation are enabled for 100% TIF without any delay, without temp excursion (for cold), without any damage & loss
- To ensure allocation of available resources and to make optimal strategic choices to help the organization reach the goal .
- To ope-rationalizes quality standards and develop new processes or improve existing processes to ensure compliance with operational excellence
- To set clearly defined goals and performance parameters for each team member
- To ensure regular reviews of the progress against the set objectives jointly with the team member
Desired Work Background :
- Most preferred is from Pharma Companies or Clinical Organisations
- Experience of developing cold chain logistics
- Job ownership focused on commitment to deliver & compliance
