The key job responsibilities include the following:
1. Define, project manage and implement Global Total Rewards strategy supporting Biocon Biologic's global growth and people strategy.
2. Drive specific compensation, benefits and recognition programs in all the countries we operate in.
3. Periodically review current programs and ensure it is relevant. Review, align and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across countries and legal entities.
4. Maintain knowledge of the market trends and determine who is the best provider for specific functions and service lines data. Appoint business specific survey partners for robust and accurate market data.
5. Manage annual compensation review process partnering with Business HR & HR Operation team.
6. Develop competitive pay ranges and conduct periodic compensation assessments ensuring competitiveness of our pay. Partner with recruitment ensuring pay range is relevant and we are able to attract best talent.
7. Drive analytics and provide insights for better decision making.
8. Design and lead employee change management and communication programs ensuring deeper and consistent understanding among client groups.
9. Proactively engage in process improvements, automation, go-digital initiatives and employee experience initiatives.
The key skills required are as follows:
Qualifications:
Necessary:
- Masters degree in Human Resources from any of the reputed HR institutes and Graduate with statistics or Maths as one of the subject of study. .
- Min. of 8 to10 years experience in the Rewards function in Pharma / IT/ITES sector.
- Change and end to end project management experience.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of MS - EXCEL, VBA, and Compensation administration systems.
Desired:
- Exposure to survey methodologies of Mercer, Radford, Hewitt, TW, Hays or E&Y.
- Knowledge of HR ERP modules like SF, Workday, Oracle etc.
- International C&B experience
