Biocon - Manager - Business Intelligence/Analytics (6-10 yrs)
- Requirement Gathering as part of the KPI discovery process for executive dashboards, through meetings with top business stakeholders (CXO- s) across functions.
- Responsible to understand, convert and deliver Adhoc business requests
- Translate business reporting requirements into reporting solutions following industry best practices.
- Recommending and finalizing the list of KPIs to be tracked based on business pain points through iterative meetings.
- Proactive approach to meeting the business needs, Understand business issues use right analytical techniques synthesize business results to generate actionable recommendations
- Understand the data, data model and data warehouse concepts.
- Individually capable of working on requirement gathering and estimating the effort.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- BI & Analytics
- Exposure to SAP is preferred
- Experience working with analytical tools like Tableau, Cognos, Bobj is mandatory
Behavioral/Managerial skills:
- Strong Analytical skills and able to deal with numbers and provide deep insights
- Strong aptitude, ability, motivation and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of marketing and business economics
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
