Required Skills:
- Manage Global Trademark Portfolio for Biocon group companies for India, US, EU and ROW countries.
- Manage the Trademark litigations and oppositions in coordination with external counsels
- Demonstrated track record of handling Trademark Portfolio, oppositions and litigations in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry is required
Qualifications:
- LL.B. (preferably IPR) with 10-12 years of experience in core Pharma Trademark portfolio.
- Work experience either in-house Pharmaceutical or an IP law firm handling Trademarks.
