Talent Acquisition Lead Biocon Biologics

- Drive and manage the end to end recruitment process across Business.

- Act as the brand ambassador for the Business Function and work on employer branding activities;

- Define Talent Acquisition Strategies & hiring plans for India and International locations

- Support the Business and the HRBPs to determine current and future staffing needs and produce forecasts.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and lead all TA initiatives, aligned with the business.

- Manage delivery of recruitment operations including vendor management; market trend analysis; org resource planning/ analysis; metrics; candidate selection; competitor mapping etc.

- Strong hiring experience through social media

- Strong Employer Branding Expertise

- Working for International Hiring, planning and strategizing

- Should have strong leadership capabilities and team management skills
