Lead collaborative forecast review with Sales within targeted frameworks

Lead Demand / Supply and MRP review with stakeholders to ensure achievement of planning metrics i.e OTIF, Inventory, Turnover etc.

- Develop and drive S&OP process across organization to Maturity

- Ensure compliance to the agreed production plans. Monitor & report supply fill rates.

- Review FG requirements at all India levels and release production plan to operations.

- Ensure preparation of Dispatch plans as per the Demand & Production plans

- Develop replenishment model based on market dynamics and supply constraints. Define and control inventory of FG and norms setting at all stocking points

- Provide long term visibility/forecast for high lead time/critical raw materials to procurement.

Collaborate with Operations, External Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory and Finance to deliver product to market seamlessly

- Critically analyze the Sales forecast, identify the exceptions and arrive at consent with HoDs

- RM/PM planning for In-house and third party sites (CMO) as per set inventory Norms. Define and control inventory of FG and norms setting at all stocking points

- Liaise with Operations to ensure completion of weekly Production Planning and adherence to the monthly production plan

Coordinate with distribution function to ensure timely dispatches and work out excess inventory and inter-branch transfer plan

- Develop and publish management reports on weekly and monthly schedules as well as performing ad-hoc data analysis needed to support strategic decision making

Key accountability to ensure:

- Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure effective Supply Chain planning to enhance service delivery to customers.

- Supply Chain Costs:

Ensure cost of Supply Chain activities and inventory holding is optimized through efficient planning

- Supply Chain Quality Assurance & Controls:

Ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficient tracking of execution against plan weekly, address non adherence issues and flag open issues.

- Supply Chain Performance Monitoring:

Compliance to all S&OP metrics in a timely manner

Analyze the Sales and Operations Planning meeting metrics and present the metrics of delivery performance, forecast vs. actual sales, dispatch adherence, excess inventory and trend analysis

Review weekly Sales & Supply trends within month and advice corrective actions

Track dispatch adherence to plan
