Job Description

Investor Relations Strategy:

- Formulating analyst / investor communication strategy

- Formulating investment story of the company, which highlights the long-term value drivers

- Interacting with sell side and buy side analysts, Optimizing investor access to top management of the company

- Sourcing relevant information from the company to highlight key value drivers of the company to the investor community

- Analyst / Investor communication - Regular interaction and relationship with analysts and investors community through meetings and calls to provide business updates.

- Preparation of presentation for quarterly analyst meets and for investor conferences/ roadshows

- Serve as primary point of contact for the investor community / research analysts by proactive communication calls and meetings

- Quarterly Earnings Reporting - leading key aspects of quarterly earnings reporting including working with senior leadership, functional leaders for market facing deliverables such as earnings call script, quarterly earnings releases, financial data factsheet, Q&A document, ownership of logistics

- Management Updates / reports - Competitive intelligence provide research and summaries of peer companies- quarterly results and analysis.

- Prepare Board material as needed - report on peer stock performance and valuations for top management

- Collaborate - Being part of Finance team, collaborate with all functions and business leaders to ensure consistent update and accurate financial disclosures

- To work independently on projects, from conception to completion and must to able to work under strict timelines, at times, to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

- Serve as a Liaison to Investors / External Analysts and to the Senior Management Team, organize, coordinate and external relations efforts

- Assisting CFO in other related areas Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role)

- Effective management of relationship with key stakeholders

- Ensure Company is adequately represented with Analyst and investor community

- Should be able to liaison with various departments within the organization to obtain necessary information which is important in discharging the responsibilities towards analyst/investors, this would entail having info about key business and performance metrics of entire company, environmental factors impacting the Co. and interpreting the same in relation to business performance of the company and presenting the same to analyst/investors

- Ability to build cross functional relationships to create synergies

- Proven ability to operate successfully across multiple groups and business owners.

- Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

Skills Sets Required :

- Highly resourceful team player with ability to be extremely effective independently

- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability

- Strong organization skills with ability to perform, prioritize multiple task seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders

- Ability to exercise good judgement in various situations with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills

- Must have Qualification MBA (Preferably top business schools)/ CA

- Relevant Experience in Life Sciences

- Experience of greater than ten years in either a reputed investment banking firm, institutional brokerage firms, an asset management firm, private equity firm or in Investor Relations

- Preferred Industry - Pharmaceutical Sector
