Content Development Specialist (Instructional Designer ) Biocon Biologics KRA's of the role :&nbsp; 1. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content 2. Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs 3. Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them 4. Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product 5. Conduct Instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts 6. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design 7. Apply tested Instructional design theories, practice and methods 8. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process 9. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) 10. Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course as well as judge learner performance&nbsp; 11. Maintain project documentation and course folders Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements : - Bachelor's degree required - Master's in Adult learning or Instructional Design/Technology preferred - 7-8 yrs of experience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment - 5 yrs of experience in designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred - Strong proficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline and Captivate)
