Analyst - Global BD

Background:

- BBL is looking for an Analyst - Global Business Development within the Advanced Markets business to help Biocon Biologics maximize revenue opportunities and optimize synergies with in-country commercial infrastructure in US, Europe, Japan and other key advanced markets

- The individual would work as part of the Global BD team providing critical analytical support in the identification and execution of in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities

- Geographical scope: Advanced markets such as US, EU, Japan, Canada, and Australia and other key advanced markets as determined by the organization

Responsibilities:

- Develop sophisticated models for NPV analysis and evaluation of deal economics for in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities aligned with the portfolio and commercial strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Commercial, Portfolio Strategy, and Finance for deal alignment

- Support the building of long-range strategic plans and annual budgets for BD to align with business and functional goals

- Support monthly/ quarterly business presentations for BD. Conduct ad-hoc analysis for business opportunities

Qualifications/ Experience:

- MBA or a bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Finance

- Minimum 4-5 plus years experience in Biopharmaceuticals or in consulting organizations
