Recent MBA Grad / Top Engineering Colleges Graduates (IIT / DCE / NSIT et al) / Qualified CA for Family Office Investment Professional role across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate

Designation: 3-6 Month Intern Followed by Full-time Investment Analyst / Associate Role

A family investment office based out of Delhi is looking to hire a candidate to join an entrepreneurial team and work across specific investment verticals across the business:

- Real Estate Private Equity: covering investment screening, due diligence including primary market research, financial analysis including financial modelling, returns (IRR) and sensitivity analysis and preparing investment committee materials and presentations. Primary sub-sector coverage across logistics / warehousing, residential real estate

- Select direct investments in Venture Capital / Angel Investing directly across Consumer Technology focused Indian Companies as well as screening of VC / PE funds for - Fund of Fund- investments in these

The role offers a distinct opportunity to work closely in a small team and directly with the Founder, Managing Director, Mr. Mohit Chawla who's an ex- investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and previously Investment Professional at blue chip private equity funds including Asia's largest Infrastructure Private Equity: GIP / Equis.

Mohit is also an Alumni of IIT Roorkee, Stanford University and HEC Paris School of Management

This would be a unique opportunity for a young professional to work with and learn directly from the founder and in a small investment team to hone skill set across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate across sub-sectors and would include day to day engagement with Investment Banks, Consultants, Advisors such as International property Consultants on the various mandates the firm engages them across investment, business verticals.

Some finance experience / study would be preferable

Qualifications:

MBA / CA (preferred)

Undergrad: Any (Engineers from Top colleges preferred)
