What we're looking for: Bimaplan is seeking a data-driven individual who has an experience of building fin-tech/consumer/social products for Tier-2/3/4 audiences in India. This is a key role at Bimaplan and you will be responsible for owning the development and delivery of new features by conducting market research, creating product roadmaps, and building growth strategies. Responsibilities : - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that customers love. - Discover customer problems and requirements, prioritise them and translate them into user stories. - Write product requirements, conduct user research, propose solutions, build mocks, define key success metrics, manage end-to-end execution, and measure how well you did - Collaborate with engineering, design, business teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality execution - Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define goals and KPIs, and report the successes and roadblocks. - Be goal-oriented, metrics-driven, customer-focused and drive a culture around the same Qualifications : - 3-5 years of experience working as a product manager; having built financial/consumer products for Tier-2/3/4 audiences is a big plus - Problem solver - exceptionally astute at identifying user's pain-points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions - First principles thinking - highly creative individual with an experience of having built product wireframes and mock-ups - Metric-driven and a love for numbers - in-depth knowledge of Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar analytical tools for keeping track of product's success metrics - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline from a top-tier institute; MBA is preferred
