He/she will be responsible for creating multimodal consumer facing content, setting the vision for our content strategy, and managing the editorial calendar. Responsibilities: - Understand the content requirements of the organisation and build a content creation strategy and plan. - Manage the end-to-end content creation process and ensure delivery of high-quality content as required for various business needs including marketing, web, social media, training, etc. - Build the content distribution strategy on social media and manage the social media accounts and posts' calendar. - Set and monitor targets to create wider 'follower' reach and organic leads driven by high quality content. - Drive user engagement and build Bimaplan as a voice of authority on insurance. - Work with stakeholders across to craft out unique stories about our products, company, and culture. - Editing and improving writing sourced from teams across the company. - Create content for the website around product use-case and help articles. - Identify right partners/channels and execute co-marketing/guest blogs opportunities. - Manage both the content calendar and social media calendar and work with different stakeholders to develop and publish content. - Distribute content on partner websites, top community forums, and social media. - Ongoing SEO keyword analysis and improvements to blog and web content to ensure the website is optimized for search engine ranking. - Create and use content to support and promote thought leadership and attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience creating content and managing social media for a consumer internet brand. - Highly creative, ability to think in a visual manner. - Strong understanding of various social media channels and what type of content works in those channels. - Network of content creators, freelancers, graphic designers, video creators, influencers - Strong writing and editing skills - from crafting catchy headlines to compiling long, well-researched articles to developing other forms of content. - Understanding of target audiences, researching, and identifying platform-specific content that resonates with them. - Knack for writing and all things content, with an impeccable Hindi and English grammar. - Understanding of content production processes including design, layout, reviews, and approval - Comfortable taking on projects and seeing them through to completion. Someone whom colleagues can count on to work independently. - Experience with SEO and marketing technology tools and systems, link building strategies will be an advantage.
