- Experience should be 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate Legal, Real Estate Litigation Company Law, NCLT, Civil & Criminal litigation, Contract Management.
- Should be Part of an inhouse Legal Team/Law Firm/Advocate conducting and representing & managing various nature of legal matters before Supreme Court & High Courts, Session & District Courts, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, National Commission NCLT, SEBI, SFIO, NCLAT, Competition Commission, Arbitration, civil, criminal, consumer, Recovery & complaint under section 138 N. I. Act.
- Should be briefing Senior Advocates in Supreme Court & High Courts and coordinating with major & leading law firms of the Country.
- Appearing and representing the company as Constituted Attorney in courts, Forums and Tribunals etc.
- Drafting/Vetting of Contracts, Agreements, Power Agreements, Retail Agreements, Ware House Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Sale- Purchase Agreements, Leave & License Agreements , Memorandum of Understanding, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Guarantee Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Agency agreements, service / employment agreements, lease deeds, sale deeds, security services agreement etc.
