BILT - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Costing (6-10 yrs)
- Cost-benefit analysis for decision-making related to production Strategy, operational changes product mix optimization, cost reduction, and control.
- Budgetary control and responsible for variance analysis with respect to the budget, machines, and quality-wise product costing.
- Preparation of standard product cost, profitability charts, break-even analysis quantitative reconciliation and stock valuation, etc.
- Prepare and analyze actual performance against plan and submit the gap analysis to management for taking corrective actions.
- Pricing guidance and support to Management for product mix and analyzing product cost.
- Responsible for reporting the activities timely and properly through MIS for the purpose of suitable decision-making by the top management.
- Support to management for decision making and controlling through cost-benefit analysis, Net present value, internal rate of return, return on capital employed, etc. of various expenses proposals/capital expenditure.
- Costing MIS (Weekly Monthly) stock valuation preparation of cost sheet, calculation of thru-put (daily, weekly preview) etc..
