The combination can be India based MIS work (7-8 years) plus RIM (7-8 years - recent experience). 3+ years of experience onsite in Japan will be valuable. Should have 5+ years- experience managing Japanese stakeholders as Senior PM/DM. Japanese Skills: - Japanese Language skills N3 and above. - Should be proficient in Japanese oral communication and should have worked in similar position with Japanese companies. - 3+ years of onsite experience in Japan will be valuable. - Should have 5+ years- experience managing Japanese stakeholders as Senior PM/DM - Should have good understanding of Data Center Technologies - Should be able to manage teams in Server, Storage, Database, Networking, Security and End User Computing space - Oversee and provide guidance on delivery processes from start to end (RFQ to Revenue Assurance) A natural communicator who is able to articulate and express thoughts and explain technical concepts in clear, plain English (both written and verbal) Strong Root cause analysis/Problem solving skills. PMP or Prince 2 good to have Experience overseeing large transition/transformation will be huge plus.
