BikeBazaar - Senior IT Manager - Software Development

Responsibilities:

- Lead all IT related tasks in BikeBazaar.

- Conceptualize and describe products, features and user journey.

- Develop detailed product requirements documents and communicate to business, design, and development teams.

- Guide the development team and agencies on developing and improving the IT infrastructure for the company including Digital Assets like Website, Mobile App, Databases and MIS.

- Own the product strategy, Road-Map and requirements.

- Identify coding related issues in applications and rectify the same.

- Engage closely with analytics and technical team to bring cutting edge features that bring value to BikeBazaar's customers

- Collaborate with business analysts to understand data analysis requirements, data definitions and to develop data mappings, data rules, and data transformations.

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Engineering from tier 1 institutions in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related domains.

- Strong Coding acumen and 5+ years of software development experience is necessary

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, J Query, Javascript, AngularReact, Node, Mongo, Android, iOS and related technologies

- Understanding of how customer requirements are translated into meaningful products

- Leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional engineering team

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

- Entrepreneurial drive with hands-on experience creating products from scratch with a great user experience

- Very strong analytical/numerical skills and experience with metric-based decision making (incl. web analytics)
