This will involve taking regular interviews to help build your and other teams as well. Own customer lifecycle: Manage the entire customer support team and create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. Operational processes: Set up processes that will be followed by the rest of the team to achieve excellence in terms of product quality and delivery. Development of your team: Make sure that people under you are growing in their careers and getting better at technology and processes every day. Customer Obsession: You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and the ability to communicate and socialize with them. NPS: You will be owning the NPS metric and training the rest of the team to follow the best practices to achieve high NPS Requirements - At Least 10+ years of experience - Past experience of working for tier 1 / VC-funded companies. - Past experience of being in a leadership role and managing a team of at least 30 people. - Having expertise in technical tools like excel, google docs, and ms office. - Continuous past experience in delivering projects at a steady pace - Soft spoken: Ability to take pressure coming from multiple stakeholders and customers.
